Banking without interest.
Built around people.

Our vision is to build a 100% Sharia-compliant, digital-first bank for Pakistan — simple to use, transparent in its terms and designed to make everyday financial life easier.

Our banking vision

Bank4X is currently in development. Banking services are not yet available.

Launch will follow the required approvals and operational readiness.

Financial progress should not require interest.

We believe people should be able to manage money, support their families and build businesses without compromising their principles. Bank4X is our ambition to bring that belief into a digital banking experience for Pakistan.

Our aim is to demonstrate that an institution can be commercially sustainable by providing useful services and participating in genuine economic activity, without building its business around interest.

Digital by design. Principles at the centre.

These are intentions, not claims of current services or appointed advisers.

Simple by design

Everyday financial tools explained in plain language, with clear journeys rather than unnecessary complexity.

Transparent by default

Terms, fees, responsibilities and risks people can understand before making a decision.

Sharia governance from the start

Product structures and operations intended for qualified independent review and ongoing oversight, rather than relying on a label alone.

Built around real life

A focus on families, earners, freelancers and small businesses, including people who prefer interest-free financial services.

What we hope to make possible.

Potential services, subject to licensing, approval and final product design. None are available today.

A sustainable institution. A different foundation.

Interest-free does not mean every service must be free. We are exploring a model based on transparent fees for useful services and, where appropriately structured and approved, earnings from genuine trade, leasing and partnership-based finance.

The final model will require qualified Sharia review, regulatory approval and clear customer disclosures. Our intention is not to rename interest, but to build around appropriately structured services and genuine economic activity.

Building the foundations.

We are working with legal advisers on the regulatory requirements, proposed corporate structure and documentation needed to move Bank4X forward. Product design, governance, technology and operational readiness are part of that preparation.

The intention is for Bank4X to form part of the wider UY4X group through an appropriately established Pakistan-based entity, subject to incorporation and the required approvals.

This page introduces the vision. A dedicated Bank4X website and further updates will be announced as the project progresses.

Be first to hear about account availability.

Leave your contact details and we’ll let you know when account applications open. This registers interest only. Bank4X is not yet a licensed or operational bank, and this does not open an account.

UY4X uses these details to manage your account availability request. Please don’t send identity documents or financial details. Privacy notice

Questions about Bank4X

Is Bank4X open for banking?

No. This page introduces a proposed venture; banking services are not available.

What does the 100% Sharia-compliant vision mean?

It is our intended standard for the institution and its products. Final structures and operations would require qualified review and continuing governance; this is not a claim of current certification.

Can I open an account, deposit money or apply for financing?

Not yet. We are not accepting banking applications or funds.

When will it launch?

No date is confirmed. Launch depends on the required approvals and operational readiness.

How is it related to UY4X?

Bank4X is a proposed initiative within the UY4X group vision. It is distinct from 4X, UY4X’s planned money-transfer service, and from AI Strategy for SMEs.

Our ambition is clear. Our responsibility is to build it properly.
