Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of uy4x.com.au and agentds.ai (the "sites"), which are operated by UY4X PTY LTD (ABN 18 702 107 846, ACN 702 107 846) of Unit 1, 45 Alison Road, Wyong NSW 2259, Australia ("UY4X", "we", "us"). By using the sites you agree to these terms. If you open an Agentds account, the Agentds service terms at uy4x.com.au/agent-ds/terms also apply, and they take priority for anything to do with Agentds.

The sites describe several UY4X products at different stages. So there is no confusion:

• Agentds is available: agency management software with a 30-day free trial and paid plans, under its own service terms.
• Chatds is available in the Services Solutions Portal. It answers students' general enquiries, usually within 6 to 8 hours. Only when a question needs a registered migration agent do we connect the student with one, so students pay for professional help only when they need it.
• The 4X money-transfer service is not operating. No transfers or customer accounts are available.
• Bank4X is an interest register only. It is not a bank and offers no banking services.
• AI Strategy for SMEs, managed website and managed business app services are described for enquiry. An enquiry is not a contract.
• The retail-agent programme is not operating. An expression of interest is not an agent appointment.

UY4X is preparing a remittance service from Australia, with Pakistan the first intended corridor. Nothing on the sites is an offer to transfer money, to open an account or to provide a financial product or service. Exchange rates and fees shown on the sites are illustrative examples, not quotes. The transfer demo and the sign-in and account pages are previews: they accept no instructions, hold no money and create no account. UY4X does not hold itself out as licensed or registered to provide money-transfer services until it says so in writing on the sites.

Bank4X is a proposed venture. It is not a licensed or operating bank. The Bank4X interest form only records that you would like to be told if account availability changes. Submitting it does not open an account, take a deposit or make you a customer, and you can withdraw your interest at any time by emailing usman@uy4x.com.au.

Chatds is our question service for international students, in the Services Solutions Portal. A student asks a question and Chatds answers it, usually within 6 to 8 hours. Answers are general information about studying and living in Australia.

When a question needs immigration or legal advice, and only then, we offer to connect the student with a registered migration agent or lawyer. The agent shows their consultation fee before anything is booked, and the student pays only if they go ahead. Everything else in the portal stays free for students.

Information on the sites, including resources, guides, comparisons and industry updates, is general information only. It is not immigration assistance, legal advice, financial advice or tax advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Immigration assistance in Australia may be given only by a registered migration agent, an Australian legal practitioner or another person the Migration Act 1958 permits. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Our forms send your enquiry to us by email so we can reply. Submitting a form does not create a contract, book a demo or start a service; we will get back to you to arrange next steps. Please do not include client details, identity documents or anything sensitive in a form. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how it is handled.

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Email from us is transactional (replies, sign-in and account messages) unless you have asked for product news, in which case every marketing message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe option. We do not send unsolicited commercial email, and we do not use the sites to harvest addresses.

The sites and everything on them, including text, design, code, graphics, the UY4X, Agentds, Chatds, Bank4X and 4X names and logos, belong to UY4X or our licensors. You may view the sites and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame or commercially use any part of the sites, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. Third-party names and logos on the sites belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Do not use the sites to do anything unlawful, to interfere with their operation or security, to send automated requests beyond ordinary browsing, to probe or test our systems, to submit false or misleading enquiries, or to upload or transmit malicious code. We may block or restrict access to protect the sites and other users.

The sites link to third-party websites and use third-party services such as Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your dealings with a third party are governed by that party's terms.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the sites at any time, and we do not promise the sites will be available without interruption. Product descriptions reflect what is available on the date shown on each page; where a feature or service is described as coming, in training or not operating, do not rely on it as available.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those guarantees. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the sites are provided as they are, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of or reliance on the sites (including illustrative rates and general information), and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Agentds liability is dealt with in the Agentds service terms.

Our privacy notice explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, who our service providers are and how to make a complaint. It forms part of these terms.

If something has gone wrong, email usman@uy4x.com.au and tell us what happened. We will acknowledge your complaint and reply in writing. Privacy complaints can be escalated to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. Consumer complaints can be raised with NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. You and we accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published at agentds.ai/terms. Changes take effect when published. Changes to the Agentds service terms are notified separately, as those terms describe.
