Amounts are in Australian dollars. No separate setup or build fee for an accepted standard project. The app price and total are confirmed against your scope. An enquiry does not start a subscription or take a payment.

Before we begin

A clear scope. A useful result.

A website can help a café share its menu, a trade business receive enquiries or a professional firm explain its services. An app can bring bookings, member access or internal job tracking into one place.

We agree the features, delivery milestones, hosting allowances, support arrangements and billing start before work begins. More complex integrations, marketplaces and large online stores need an individual scope and quote.

Domain registration, developer accounts, payment processing, SMS, AI usage and other third-party services are identified and priced in that proposal. Nothing extra is purchased on your behalf without agreement.

Ongoing care

Small changes should be simple.

Your website’s monthly content update can cover opening hours, a menu, prices, photographs, services or contact details, within 30 minutes of routine work. The app’s quarterly improvement cycle covers up to two hours of agreed changes to existing functionality.

Fixing our own bugs and routine security or compatibility maintenance do not consume those allowances. A major redesign or new feature is scoped separately.

Your business, your data

Built for continuity.

Your brand, supplied content and business records remain yours. You can request an appropriate data export during the service.

After the 36-month minimum term and agreed payments, continue month-to-month or take the standard handover: agreed source code and assets, authorised data exports, relevant database structure, build and deployment instructions, and a technical handover session.

Your written agreement identifies the bespoke deliverables, reusable UY4X components and third-party licences, with the rights you need to keep using the finished product. Customer-controlled domain and developer accounts help keep that transition straightforward.

Before you start

Do I need both a website and an app?

No. These are separate services. Choose the one your business needs, or discuss both. An app project includes the agreed support and privacy pages, not a separate full marketing website.

When do payments begin?

The scope and service agreement set the billing start and usable launch milestone before work begins. Sending an enquiry creates no payment obligation.

What if I need to leave before 36 months?

The minimum term is 36 months. Early exit, any agreed buyout and circumstances such as non-delivery must be addressed in the written agreement before you sign. Your business records remain yours throughout.

Is any kind of app included at A$349?

The standard offer starts at A$349/month for an agreed business workflow. We confirm features, capacity and the full price first. Complex projects receive their own proposal.

Is this part of 4X?

No. AI Strategy for SMEs creates and manages a website or app for your business, with its own scope and agreement. It is separate from 4X, our money-transfer service, which is preparing for launch.
